Each plot size has a price plan with a down payment and installments. When a booking is activated it gets its own schedule, which you can adjust. Receipts are posted against the installments, and an aging report shows what is overdue.

Yes. You can issue No Demand Certificates and No Objection Certificates, record transfers with registry details, and handle buybacks and cancellations, all against the booking.

The cancellation is recorded against the booking, and any refund payments are recorded with it, so the buyer's statement stays accurate.
