Yes. You can manage many buildings and units, and set access by role. There are admin, agent and accountant roles, and you can create custom roles for your company.

Tenants can sign in to a portal to view their lease and raise maintenance requests. Owners get a mobile app with their collections, properties and leases.

No. It is built for leasing. Salaries can be recorded as expenses, but there is no payroll module, and it does not handle outright unit sales.
